The Mothers at Reach Me know that women give their all to their baby and family and that means their own needs often come last.

Why the Baby & Me Time pack?

The Baby & Me Pack is to indulge, remember, and celebrate being a mother. Take some me-time to read the magazine, to have a cuppa, and to try out the products in the pack.

It also introduces you to products and services that will really help you with your new baby, especially if you are a first time Mum.

Who can request a Baby & Me Pack?

All women who are 13+ weeks pregnant, or with a new baby up to the age of six months of age can request a Me Pack.

Please note, due to the Privacy Act Law, we unable to process applications on behalf of friends and family, we need “permission” from the person for whom the pack is being requested.

How can I request a Baby & Me Time Pack?

You can register for your free pack below, or you can get a referral form from your lead maternity carer/midwife, or complete a registration card at a Baby Factory nationwide and post it into us, 

How to place feedback?

An email link will be sent to you about 2-3 weeks after receiving your pack to enable you to place your valuable feedback on the pack. It is a short 5-10 minute survey which if you complete, puts you the draw for some fantastic monthly prizes, as seen on our prize page of our website. If you have not heard from us after 2 months of receiving your pack, please contact us at info@reachme.co.nz.

Moving House:

If you received the Baby & Me Time pack and have recently moved or changed email addresses, please follow the link below so we can send you your toddler pack when baby turns one.

Other Important Information:

Please note: because we courier these packs to you, we need as much relevant address information as possible to help the courier find you. Should the courier not be able to find your address, they unfortunately will not be able to return the Packs to us. THEREFORE PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

Please note Posthaste couriers now have Authority to Leave your pack without obtaining a signature if you are not home. Please specify a place that is deemed SAFE to leave the pack if you are not home, or alternatively give us an address that you know you will be during the day, if you won’t be home. If you live in an Apartment please ensure we have an access code to give to couriers. Remember they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

Also note we allow ONE type of pack per household, per year. We only courier packs nationwide within New Zealand.
