What can the Toddler Time Pack Offer me?

Reach Me is working to provide you with information on the support they offer as an educational parenting organisation and services available including the publications you can read on parenting Toddlers. You can indulge in the samples and redeem coupons to save money. 

Who can request a Toddler Time Pack?

Due to some of the products contained in the pack being unsuitable for infants under 12 months, the Toddler Time Pack is available to families with Toddlers between the ages of 1 to 4 years (pre-school).

NB: Due to the Privacy Act Law, we are unfortunately unable to process applications on behalf of friends and family.

How can I request my Toddler Time Pack?

You can register for your free pack below. You can also encourage you local crèche, daycare, or childcare centre to email us and apply for us to distribute the Toddler Time Packs in bulk to the parents through their centre. You can complete a registration card at any of the nationwide Baby Factory stores and post it in to us, or follow the link on the Farmers Beauty and Baby Club emails. Look out for us at any Auckland child friendly events throughout the year.

Please note delivery can take 2-3 weeks from the date of your request.

How do I place my feedback?

An email link will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after receiving your Toddler Time Pack to enable you to place your valuable feedback on your pack. It is a short 10-15 minute survey which if you complete puts you in the draw for some fabulous monthly prizes…as seen on the prize page of our website. If you have not heard from us after 8 weeks of receiving your Toddler Time Pack please contact us at info@reachme.co.nz.

Other Important Information

As our Toddler Time Packs are sent by courier, we need as much relevant address information as possible to enable the couriers to perform promptly and efficiently.  Should the courier not be able to find your address, they unfortunately will not be able to return the Packs to us.  THEREFORE PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

Please note Posthaste couriers now have Authority to Leave your pack without obtaining a signature if you are not home. Please specify a place that is deemed SAFE to leave the pack if you are not home, or alternatively give us an address that you know you will be during the day, if you won’t be home. If you live in an Apartment please ensure we have an access code to give to couriers. Remember they are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes
Also please note, only ONE type of pack per household is available annually.
