When you register with Reach Me, we will from time to time send you free gift packs and e-mail newsletters. We may contact you by phone or email to receive feedback on the free gift packs you receive. The gift packs will be sent to your supplied address.
E-commerce:
Refunds and returns (minus the cost of the shipping to and from the customer) may be offered on e-commerce items at the discretion of Reach Me Ltd unless otherwise stated in the Reach Me Terms & Conditions.
No returns or refunds are accepted on jewellery items such as earrings or any items worn on the head or ear due to hygiene reasons. We can guarantee the origin of jewellery items and where they have been stored whilst in the possession of Reach Me Ltd but after leaving our possession we have no way of knowing where they have been used or stored and can therefore not guarantee their cleanliness to another customer.
Privacy:
When registering your details on www.reachme.co.nz, you’re giving us information about yourself. We undertake to keep this information confidential and to use it only as authorised by you. Your details are held only by us. Your details will not be passed on or sold to any other party.
Opting out:
If at any time you wish to cancel your registration on this website, simply email us from the “Contact Us” page to opt out.
Thereafter, you will cease to be registered and will cease to receive gift packs and emails from us.
We may terminate your registration on this website, without notice or prior warning, and you will not have any claim against Reachme Limited as a result of the termination. You may not make any claim against Reachme Limited or www.reachme.co.nz for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature.
